How do I send a case to Ethos?
You can send cases by traditional post with physical impressions, or electronically via your IOS online portal using digital scan files (STL, OBJ, PLY). Our team will guide you through onboarding at no cost.
What are your turnaround times?
Our turnaround is 5 to 10 working days depending on the complexity of the case — 5 working days for simple cases, and we kindly request 10 working days for multiple unit or complex cases.
Which implant systems do you work with?
We work with and are experienced with all implant systems. Custom solutions are available to suit all patient needs. Please include your implant system and platform details on your prescription.
Do you offer a collection and delivery service?
Yes. We offer free collection and delivery for partner practices within our service area, and use tracked, insured couriers for all other locations. Contact us to arrange your complimentary collection.
What if a case does not fit correctly?
If a case requires adjustment or remake due to a laboratory error, we will prioritise a swift resolution at no charge. Your satisfaction and your patient's is our commitment.
How do I get started as a new practice?
Talk to our team about your practice's needs. We'll arrange a starter pack, guide you in the onboarding process and assist with your first case.
